Building a house that knows what I want before I ask. One Home Assistant server running the whole house: about 100 devices from 20 different brands, finally answering to one app instead of twenty.

Lab update
HAOS server has been up and running for over a month. Almost all smart home devices are integrated. Some devices remain pending due to advanced set-up; and bish I don’t have that time right now. Dashboards have been created. Automations have been made. Claudia is connected. We have officially lifted off.

Lab update
We are almost done with post lift off plan (PLOP). Almost all devices are integrated into HA. Next step is to install some smart switches and motion sensors to trigger lighting and other actions. I also have an empty wall switch bay that I’m planning something fun with.

HAOS on the run
HP ProDesk installed and booted as HAOS Server. We have completed lift-off integrations and are now working on post-lift-off tasks; included are HAOS monitoring, AdGuard, network optimization and protections, etc.
